About VoteDekho

VoteDekho is an independent Indian election results platform. We publish live vote tallies and historical data for every assembly and parliamentary constituency across India — with no editorial spin, no paywalls, and no bloat.

What we do

Every Indian election produces thousands of data points — votes per round, candidate assets, party swings, margin trends. Most news sites bury this in JavaScript-heavy apps or leave it scattered across PDFs.

VoteDekho puts this data into clean, fast, indexed pages. One URL per constituency, per election cycle. Each page loads in under a second and tells Googlebot — and you — exactly what happened, updated as it happens.

  • Election Commission of India (results.eci.gov.in) — primary source for live and final results
  • ECI Affidavit Portal (affidavit.eci.gov.in) — candidate financial disclosures and criminal record data
  • State Chief Electoral Officers — supplementary data and official press releases
  • PIB releases — official government commentary

All data is public domain government information. We do not modify results or add editorial interpretation to vote counts.

Who built this

VoteDekho is built and maintained by Prakhar, a DevOps and infrastructure engineer based in India. The platform is a side project focused on applying modern web performance and SEO engineering to Indian civic data.
