VoteDekho provides Indian election data for informational purposes. You may use, share, and cite data from VoteDekho provided you attribute the source as "VoteDekho (votedekho.com), citing data from the Election Commission of India."
No warranties
Data is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, results may be delayed or contain processing errors. Always verify critical data against results.eci.gov.in directly.
Automated access
Automated access (scrapers, bots) must respect our robots.txt and maintain at least a 2-second delay between requests. High-volume access without prior written agreement is prohibited.
Limitation of liability
VoteDekho is not liable for any decisions made based on data published on this site. Election data should be verified through official ECI channels before use in any official, legal, or commercial context.
